How do I Book

Ambition 24Direct offers an efficient and convenient booking process:

There are 3 simple stages:

1. Contact Us : please call our Hotline on 0871 8733 344 or email us to discuss your needs and, if you choose, to book an initial assessment, by credit card

2. The Care Assessment : at a date and time agreed with you, a qualified nurse will visit the home for an initial care assessment and Care Plan of nursing and other care needs

3. Care Booking : We will then phone you within 24 hours to agree a schedule of homecare visits by a care assistant or nurse, with pre-booking by credit card

We will agree a written nursing schedule in the Care Plan to provide the peace of mind of regular and consistent support in the home. Care may be provided by a care assistant or qualified nurse , as agreed.

Our clients usually select one of the following options for care provision:

  • 24-hours a day care - for as many days as required

  • Daily - for an agreed number of hours each day, including overnight

  • Weekly - perhaps to monitor and confirm health and welfare

  • Long term - for chronic or complex care needs

The nursing schedule can be reviewed and revised, as your needs change.

Please Note:

  • Cancellation: the service can be canceled at any time by giving at least 24 hours notice so that we can re-assign staff, by phoning on 0871 8733 344

  • Minimum Charge: there is a minimum charge of 4 hours for each visit, as required by our care policies.
